Credit Card Not Being Accepted
If you can not get access thru the payment system, just email us, and we will send you an alternative way to pay to get access. Send email to payment@clipbuster.com with subject "Payment". Provide the username, and password you would like to use, and we will activate your profile manually. Once your payment clears, your profile will be activated. (NOTE) Please allow up to 24 hours to acitvate your profile after sending payment. Uploading Your Video(s)If you get a Error Message while trying to upload your video(s), please disregard that, and continue uploading. Your video(s) will still get posted. Upload Your Video(s) Private or AnonymousIf you would like your video(s) to be shown to the public but want to remain private or anonymous, submit your video(s) to us and we will upload it for you. Just go to sendspace.com and upload your video(s) and send us the video(s) link to videos@clipbuster.com with subject "Private Video". Please have a title for the video(s). Description is optional. Viewing Your Favorite VideosFirst log in, and on the home page locate "My Stats" at the top right of the page. Click the "My Videos" link, and your favorites, playlist, and uploaded videos will be there. Password RecoveryIf you can not retrieve your password, email us at password@clipbuster.com with the subject "Password" Please provide the username, and email address you used to sign up with, and we will send it back to you as soon as possible. (Please check spam box if not in the inbox) InappropriateIf you feel any videos are are inappropriate, tag the video inappropriate, and email us at videos@clipbuster.com with the subject "Inappropriate" and the title of the video, explaining why you feel it's inappropriate. Billing SupportFor questions about billing, click the billing support link at the top, or bottom of the page, or email us at admin@clipbuster.com with subject "Billing". Delete ProfileTo delete your profile, email us at admin@clipbuster.com with subject "Delete Profile". You must provide your username and email address you signed up with. NOTE: If your account was activated successfully, and you later decided to delete your profile before your account expires, you will NO longer have access to ClipBuster.com.
