If you can not get access thru the payment system, just email us, and we will send you an alternative way to pay to get access. Send email to clipbuster@gmail.com with subject "Payment". Provide the username, and password you would like to use, and once we receive payment, your account will be activated.

If you would like your videos to be shown to the public but want to remain private or anonymous, submit your videos to us and we will upload it for you. Just go to sendspace.com and upload you video(s) and send us the video link to clipbuster@gmail.com with subject "Private Video". Please have a title for the video. Description is optional.

If you feel any videos are are inappropriate, tag the video inappropriate, and email us at clipbuster@gmail.com with the subject "Inappropriate" and the title of the video, explaining why you feel it's inappropriate.

For questions about billing, click the billing support link at the top, or bottom of the page, or email us at clipbuster@gmail.com with subject "Billing".

If you can not retrieve your password, email us at clipbuster@gmail.com with the subject "Password" Please provide the username, and email address you used to sign up with, and we will send it back to you as soon as possible. (Please check spam box if not in the inbox)

To delete your profile, email us at clipbuster@gmail.com with subject "Delete Profile". You must provide your username and email address you signed up with. NOTE: If your account was activated successfully, and you later decided to delete your profile before your account expires, you will NO longer have access to ClipBuster.com.
