To cancel your membership or questions about billing, click the billing support link at the top, or bottom of page.

If you can not remember your password, please send us the USERNAME, AND EMAIL ADDRESS you used to sign up with, and we will send it back to you as soon as possible. Email us at password@clipbuster.com with the subject "Password". NOTE... (DUE TO SPAM/VIRUSES, EMAILS WITH NO SUBJECT WILL GET DELETED).

If you get a Error Message while trying to upload your video(s), please disregard that, and continue uploading. Your video(s) will still get posted.

If you would like your video(s) to be shown to the public but want to remain private or anonymous, submit your video(s) to us and we will upload it for you. Just go to sendspace.com and upload your video(s) and send us the video(s) link to videos@clipbuster.com with subject "Private Video". NOTE... (DUE TO SPAM/VIRUSES, EMAILS WITH NO SUBJECT WILL GET DELETED). Please have a title for the video(s). Description is optional. Please allow video(s) 24 to 48 hours before going live if approved.

First log in, and on the home page, locate "My Stats" at the top right of the page. Click the "My Videos" link, and your favorites, playlist, and uploaded videos will be there.

If you feel any videos are are inappropriate, tag the video inappropriate, and email us at videos@clipbuster.com with the subject "Inappropriate". NOTE... (DUE TO SPAM/VIRUSES, EMAILS WITH NO SUBJECT WILL GET DELETED). Please provide the link, and the title of the video, explaining why you feel it's inappropriate.
